Great service and a speedy delivery, excellent customer service. When I placed my original order I had selected the iphone version of my headphones rather than the standard 3.5mm connector.

Paul kindly informed me of the error and selected the correct model. Don’t think Am***n would have been as helpful.

Was about to chase re: delivery of my custom sleeves, when they showed up (15 days from fitting).

They are awesome - the fit not only makes them more comfortable than anything else I have tried, but the sound enhancement from the snug fit and noise isolation brings out incredible detail from my SHURE SE530’s. An absolute must, if you want the most out a decent set of earphones.

The process of ordering, fitting and delivery is a very good service. A friend has just placed an order on the strength of my experience. I shall have no hesitation in recommending the product/service to anyone.

I had a problem with my earphones and looked at your site for budget replacement to keep me from hearing the mouth-breathers and young ’uns who feel it is their civic duty to pollute me with their tinny mobile phone offerings on my commute to work.

I would like to let you know how pleased I was to receive my new Shure earphones, I spent many hours trying to decide between the Shure SE210 and the SE310 reading review after review, although I preferred the specs of the SE310 I decided that the extra cost of around £40 was not worth it so i plummed for the SE210 and ordered late one evening. I ordered the ARCHOS 605 160GB and Travel Adaptor, and Paul could not have been more helpful. I was also going to buy a power adaptor on its own but Paul advised me that the Mini Dock also came with the power adaptor for the same price. Good advice! I ordered the goods at 4pm and they were delivered at 9.30am the next day.

I had a little difficulty in understanding some of the instructions in the Manual and couldn’t get the Archos to record off an external video source. I gave Paul a ring. Again, he was very helpful and instantly solved the problem for me over the telephone (my fault and not the Archos).

Excellent all round customer service and I will definitely recommend The MP3 Company to friends.
