Please find below an overview of our shipping services and prices that are available during our checkout when paying by debit or credit card. If you choose to pay by PayPal or Google Checkout, the typical services that we use are shown in brackets within each of the price bands highlighted below:

Dispatch Times
For all orders received before 4pm, Monday - Friday (1pm for Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery orders) we will ensure (where possible) that they are dispatched the same day. (Subject to security check clearance)
You will automatically be sent an email when we are processing your order and then another email when your item(s) have been shipped. If you have chosen to use our City Link Next Day services your email will also contain a link to track your parcel online - This tracking link can also be found within your order history.
You may also log into your account at anytime to check the status of your order(s). Please see the table below for explanations of order status - Note that this status checking option is not available for PayPal or Google Checkout orders as you are not required to create an account on our site during the order process, however you will still receive an email when your order has been shipped:

Shipping Terms
For all orders with us through our checkout when paying by debit or credit card your item(s) can only be shipped to your billing or work address, we cannot send your item(s) to an alternate residential address. For PayPal orders your shipping address must be "confirmed".
For convenience, if you do require your item(s) to be shipped to your work address please ensure that your delivery details include the company name, your work telephone number or work email address. Should our security checks prevent us from using your work address we will contact you via email. Please also note that for us to ship orders to an address other than the billing address, the address must appear on the Post Office database. Note that all orders that are made using a corporate or business card can only be sent to the billing address.
All items are shipped once payment has cleared and our payment security checks have been processed by our payment provider and the card holders bank. Please note that these checks are not carried out by The MP3 Company and as such we have no control over the time it will take for the results to return to our site. Whilst the security checks are being carried out your order will show a status of processing and once the result has been returned to our site your order status will move to packing.
General Terms
The term "Next Day Delivery" or "Next Working Day Delivery" is quoted as the time (in working days) it will take for your item(s) to reach the delivery address after dispatch and not from the time of ordering.
All of our delivery services will require a signature upon receipt of your item(s).
From time to time shipping delays from our warehouse may occur but we will make every effort to keep these to a minium and would expect no delays of more than 24-48 Hours. Please note that once your items have left our premises we have no control over "In Transit" delays with Royal Mail or City Link.
City Links Next Day Delivery T&C’s:
After 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts City Link charge a fee of £5 to make a 3rd delivery attempt or you may collect your parcel from your nearest City Link Depot. If your parcel remains un-delivered after 5 days the parcel is returned and then a £10 fee is required to re-ship your order.
Please note that on each delivery attempt City Link will leave you a failed delivery card conatining their details and your unique parcel number. In addition to this you are also able to track your orders and parcels through your account on this site.
Shipping to UK (Mainland)
Please note that for "Next Day" orders our Courier, City Link will deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am & 5:30pm. We are also able to offer a Saturday delivery service, time specific services and Royal Mail Special Delivery, please see the table at the top of this page for prices. 1st Class Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail will take approximately 1-2 days from dispatch to delivery.
Shipping to UK (Non Mainland :: Northern Ireland & Channel Islands)
Please note that our Special Delivery Parcels will be delivered Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am & 1:00pm. We are also able to offer a Saturday delivery service, please see the table at the top of this page for prices. 1st Class Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail will take approximately 1-2 days from dispatch to delivery. Please note that for large or mutliple item orders a surcharge may be required due to weight restrictions.
Shipping to Europe
For all orders to Mainland Europe we charge a standard rate @ £9.99 for EU Airsure / International Signed For - Delivery would normally take 3-5 days. Please note that for large or mutliple item orders a surcharge may be required due to weight restrictions on items shipping overseas.
Please note that we are are unable to send any speaker systems to anywhere other than the UK.
