Pre-Order T&C’s:

When a pre-order is placed through our site your card is debited immediately. If you would like to place a pre-order without payment please call our sales office.

City Links Next Day Delivery T&C’s:

After 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts City Link charge a fee of £5 to make a 3rd delivery attempt or you may collect your parcel from your nearest City Link Depot. If your parcel remains un-delivered after 5 days the parcel is returned and then a £10 fee is required to re-ship your order.

Please note that on each delivery attempt City Link will leave you a failed delivery card containing their details and your unique parcel number. In addition to this you are also able to track your orders and parcels through your account on this site.
